On the occasion of the new film by Tim Burton, Alice in Wonderland, the artist Avril Lavigne has a new album for the soundtrack of the film. The main theme of the album, called "Almost Alice" will be "Alice (Underground)" written by Avril Lavigne.
In total, will be about 16 new songs that make up the CD of Alice in Wonderland (Alice in Wonderland). The album will be released on March 2, 2010, while the film will be released on March 5, just three days later.

Just wanted to share a little of what is going on with me right now. I'm so excited! I feel very fortunate to be part of the new film by Tim Burton, Alice in Wonderland.
It all started with the design of Abbey Dawn / Alice In Wonderland collaboration of my fashion line in Kohls. I was very inspired and excited about the movie at the time, so I asked Disney if they would like to write the song for the film. Tim asked and he replied that he would give me the opportunity.
I was so excited when I got the news! I sat at my piano right away and started writing the song. I think the piano, adds a dramatic element to the song fresh.
I met with Tim Burton and told me some excerpts from his film. I finished the song and liked it a lot and said he wanted to put in the film as the first end credit song. Increibleee!
Working on this project was a pleasure! It was a great experience and Tim Burton was an absolute pleasure. He is very intelligent. I am grateful for this opportunity ... and I can not wait to see the whole movie!
